It began with Nonna Giulia, who opened a small osteria on a quiet Florentine street in 1987 with nothing more than a handful of recipes, a wood-burning oven, and an unshakeable belief that food is love made visible.
Today, her grandson Marco continues that tradition — rolling pasta by hand every morning, sourcing truffles from the same Umbrian forager, and welcoming every guest as if they were family.
